President's Report:  Safety note – State wide pot hole repairs, drive slow, be aware and remember NJ State law where you are required to move away from any vehicles  Second reading installing Carrie-Ann Lyons as secretary in April o Motion: Jerry Haimowitz o Second: John Gardner o Approved  As of yet no one has volunteered to take over the Special Activities committee, if interested please let me know  May Conference is set for Monday May 12 through Friday May 16 o NJWEA Water for People will be held Monday morning at the Blue Heron Country Club o Tuesday night is the Meet & Greet o Wednesday is the President’s luncheon, come out and support our section members being recognized o Thursday exhibit hours have been extended and will include a beef and brew o Association Business meeting will be Thursday afternoon – all Delegates are required to attend o Grand Finale will be Thursday evening  Essential Employee cards need to be kept up to date – the original cards were only good for one year, they need to be renewed and employee lists need to be kept up to date.  Anyone interested in helping me to purchase a projector for the section? Please let me know.

Jill announced the Golf Outing will be at Bunker Hill on Friday, September 12th, and that we are looking for players and sponsors.

Robert Noel - Education & Seminars Programs – We were able to find a substitute speaker for today. Jeff Williams – Manual of Practice – No Report

Bobbi Hartsell – Webmaster - No Report. The price for the luncheon has not been updated on the website. This will be changed.

Henry Penley - Membership roster – Two copies of the roster have been distributed to members. This includes the entire WEF and non-affiliated dual members. Any member wishing for an electronic roster should contact Henry.

Rob Pennington - Scholar Awards – No Report. Jill announced that we are currently accepting applications for Scholarships and cut-off date is August 31st, 2014.
