DISCUSSION - Lynn Fiore:

1. COUTTS, JOHN - LIR.14895 Due to pending sale, commission would accept $800 offer in compromise to resolve violations alleged on 1/7/06.

2. KUMAR, SURINDER - LGB.13177 Due to pending sale, commission would accept $800 offer in compromise to resolve violations alleged on 5/13/06.

PROVISIONAL PERMITS:
