9:00 – 9:20 OPENING REMARKS Virginia Bellamy-Graham and Tom Sharpe and David Grant 9:20 – 9:50 KEYNOTE ADDRESS Lawrence Gross, Associate CIO for eGovernment 9:50 – 10:00 BREAK 10:00 – 11:30 CIO PANEL – consisting of representatives from each of the bureaus, with each bureau receiving 10 minutes to discuss upcoming procurements, current issues and hot topics within the Information Technology arena. 11:30 QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS – WRAP UP

Keynote Address: Lawrence Gross Mr. Gross addressed keys to success and keys for Government Contracting. Some of his highlights included: -Understand Government Contract Vehicles -Read Industry/Government publications and keep abreast to changes -Join Professional Associations -Develop comprehensive business strategies -Establish face to fact meetings and conduct cold calls -Leverage existing relationships -Support and develop staff -Write strong proposals
IT Panel: Harry Lee – Headquarters Mr. Lee is a Program Manager from the Departmental Offices. His office focuses on Telecommunications, Computing Infrastructure, Office Automation and Security. Current efforts include requirements for Enterprise Architecture, Homeland Security Presidential 12 (HMPD12), Identity Management Solutions, Capital Planning, and Directory and Messaging Solutions.
Richard Kahn – U.S. Mint Mr. Kahn is a Senor Contracting Officer within the Office of Procurement at the U.S. Mint. The U.S. Mint is currently undergoing enormous changes due to a transfer of it’s IT Systems, current efforts include IT Planning, Competitive Sourcing, and Emergency systems.
Greg Jewell – TTS Mr. Jewel is a Program Team Lead within the Office of the CIO, Telecommunications Management. Current efforts include Nationwide telecommunications, Service equipment, Telecom Machine maintenance and IT Services/Supplies.
Mary Jo Labriola – IRS Mrs. Labriola is the Deputy Director for the Office of Information Technology Procurement. Current efforts include Hardware/Software Mainframe Services, Web Enterprise Portal Consolidation, and HSPD 12.
Karen Kibble – BPD Mrs. Kibble is an IT Program Specialist within the Office of Information Technology. Current efforts include Enterprise Network Management Solutions – monitoring/scanning and patching on all major application infrastructure.
Latoshia Madden/Bonnie Stoakley – FMS Mrs. Madden and Mrs. Stoakley are Procurement Specialists within the Information Resources section of FMS. The Information Resources Office will be sponsoring an upcoming Vendor Day which may be of interest to the Small Business Community. Current efforts include Desktop/Network Management, Mainframe Support, and Help Desk. -Afternoon Non IT Session NON-IT – PM SESSION

Keynote Address: Patricia Hoover - PBSA Mrs. Hoover is a Procurement Analyst within the IRS Office of Procurement. She also serves at the Performance Based Service Acquisition Advocate. Mrs. Hoover provided attendees with an overview of the PBSA process, for further information see below:

NON-IT Panel: JT Smith - IRS Mr. Smith is the Acting Director, Office of Business Operations. His office focuses on Non IT Products and Services, Simplified Acquisitions, and Field Office Procurement Operations. Current efforts include Office Supplies, Guard Services (Philly), Court Reporting and Expert Witnesses, Shuttle Services and Camcorders.
Jeff Stephenson – BPD Mr. Stephenson serves as the Small Business Specialist for BPD. Current efforts include Security Services, Security Consulting, Background Investigations, Project Management, Auditing and Medical Services.
Estelle Martin – TTB Mrs. Martin is the Director of Acquisitions and Facilities Management. Current efforts include Translation Services, Moving and Hauling, Office design and re-design, A/C Maintenance and Succession Training. Sheryl Smith – Headquarters Mrs. Smith serves as the Small Business Specialist for the Departmental Offices. Current efforts include Translation Services, Management Consultants, Seized and Stolen Property, and Real and Personal Property.
Romaine Clark – OCC Mrs. Clark serves at Current efforts include Training Services, particularly Retirement Training.
Richard Kahn – U.S. Mint Mr. Kahn is a Senor Contracting Officer within the Office of Procurement at the U.S. Mint. Current efforts include Coin Production Equipment, Office Equipment and Maintenance, Security Equipment, Fencing Equipment and Earned Value Management.
