Tutor evaluations are used as a resource for professional development. In addition, evaluations may influence future pay raises and continued employment.

The following definitions are used to identify the tutor’s level of performance.

E Exceptional Performs at an extraordinarily excellent/far above acceptable level P Proficient Performs with an advanced degree of competence S Satisfactory Performs at an acceptable level U Unsatisfactory Performance does not indicate the ability and/or willingness to produce required results
