Old Business: Follow up outcomes:

1. Department of Commerce - Implementation of more access to website by executive committee in relation to Department of Commerce – Has been addressed by President 2. Grievance policy is being followed up by Andrea Randle to incorporate into Constitution 3. Auditing of WAPNA accounts – Review process is sufficient to meet criteria. Andrea and Karen from Bendigo bank are in process of streamlining WAPNA book keeping system. More information will be provided at business meeting. 4. New emails trial period

New Business: 1. Department of Commerce requirements update – requirements addressed.  Grievance Policy – President followed up – to incorporate Policy into Constitution  Auditing of Books – WAPNA is a Tier 1 group – Review only is being implemented  New members – to have a copy of the “Rules” – Implemented 2. First Seminar of the year – consider making available for existing WAPNA members only and possibility of a “back to back” immunisation update the next day. 2. Seminar processes and discussion of roles – update to committee – see existing spreadsheet 3. Attendance sheet & signatures of attendance – Rosemarie will provide information to committee re immunisation update in particular. 4. Have a non-refundable standardised notice for future Seminars and put on website. 5. Implementation of WAPNA Emails for all executive committee. 6. Bendigo bank book keeping in future – commenced immediately 7. Labels for Seminars – President looking into simplified option – to be addressed at meeting 8. WAPNA website – President recommendations
