TENDER NOTICE
The Sealed Tenders are invited from the reputed firms of Islamabad / Rawalpindi preferably reputed firms of Islamabad for the supply of Stationery/Toners and IT Equipments items to meet “Annual” requirements of the National Security Division, Islamabad for the financial year 2017-18 detail of which can be collected from the office of the undersigned Room No.305-C, 3rd Floor Prime Minister’s Office, Islamabad during any working day from 08:00 a.m. to 04:00 p.m.
2. Tenders shall be valid upto 30th June, 2018 from the date of acceptance and the firms/dealers will submit a call deposit of Rs.30,000/- in the name of National Security Division as security deposit with their tender and also fulfill the following conditions:-
a. The firm should be well established and registered with General Sales Tax/Income Tax. Firm will provide copies of Certificates of these Nos. alongwith their bids.
b. The firm must have their own shop/telephone facility in Islamabad / Rawalpindi and having minimum five (05) years experience in supply of Stationery and Misc. Items etc.
c. The firms will arrange transportation of stationery items to the Division.
d. The firm will provide “SAMPLE” for approved items and ensure qualitative supply throughout the year, failing which security will be forfeited.
e. The rates should be given inclusive of sales tax except computer toners/diskette for which the firm itself will be responsible for payment of GST.
f. The Division will not compromise on the quality and quantity of any item. In case of supply of sub-standard items e.g. refilled toners, delay in delivery and increase in rates action will be taken against the firm according to rules. g. Incomplete Tender will not be accepted in any case.
h. National Security Division reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders as per PPRA Rules, 2004.
i. Originality of the HP Tonners will be verified by their website.
j. Each bidding firm will provide an Affidavit that it is not involved in any case of litigation and not blacklist by any Government Department.
k. Submission of any false statement / documents including concealing of any information is likely to disqualify the bidder.
3. Interested firms/Dealers may send their bids in a sealed cover duly inscribed “TENDER FOR STATIONERY AND MISC. ITEMS” to the undersigned within 15-days from date of its appearance in the press and must reach this office by 1:30 p.m. Tenders will be opened on the same day at 02:00 p.m. in the presence of the representatives bidders.
