WIN-WIN AGREEMENT
June 21, 2017 through July 27, 2017
Maricopa Employees & The Center for Employee & Organizational Development (CEOD)
"A win-win agreement is an effective way to clarify and manage expectations between people involved in an interdependent endeavor. In an interdependent endeavor all agreements or solutions are mutually beneficial and satisfying. With a win-win solution, all parties feel good about the decision and feel committed to the action plan. Win-win is a frame of mind and heart that constantly seeks mutual benefit in all human interactions. Win-win sees life as a cooperative, not a competitive arena."
Stephen R. Covey The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People
