● PENALTY – If the project is delayed due to mistakes by XCEL (lack of skilled professionals, lack of commitment etc.), XCEL will pay 0.25% of the face value of the project as penalty to the customer.

● PRICE & QUALITY – We will beat any of our competitors in project cost and quality of the service.

● NO COST ANALYSIS – XCEL will perform due diligence / discovery process at no cost prior to over taking any kind of project work.
