Annual 6-A-Side Tournament 2013

Dear Secretary/Team Manager

Our annual 6-a-side tournament for 2013 will be held on the weekend of 15 th and 16th June at the Tattenhoe Lane Playing Fields in Milton Keynes for our boys section and Saturday 22 nd June for the girls section.

The boys tournament is open to all teams up to and including under 16s, with under 7’s and 8’s being non competitive and each player receiving a memento. Under 9’s to 16’s will be played in competitive groups, with trophies for the winners and runners up.

The girls tournament is open to all teams up to and including ladies, with the under 9’s being non competitive and each player receiving a memento. Under 10’s to ladies will be played in competitive groups, with trophies for the winners and runners up.

All age groups will be limited to a maximum of 16 teams. Entries will be strictly limited to two teams per club in each age group.

Qualified Referees will control all matches.

As well as a fantastic festival of football there will also be:  Refreshments  Barbeque  Side Stalls

So that you are not disappointed we urge you to return your entries as soon as possible as we expect all places to be filled before the closing date.

Please fill in and return the enclosed application form if you wish to enter. All cheques should be made payable to Milton Keynes City FC and posted to the address at the bottom of the entry form. Please note that no entries will be accepted without your County FA affiliation number and full payment.
