Dear Parents and Carers,
Coats, Sun Hats and Sun Cream As the weather gets sunnier please can you send your child with a sunhat which has their name in and a named water bottle. Parents should apply any suncream before school and your child is allowed to reapply additional suncream at lunchtime if you believe this is necessary. Any sun cream that comes into school should be labelled and in a resealable bag (this just helps us with spillages). There are plenty of shady spaces for children over lunchtime. As this is Britain, please also send your child with a waterproof too. Thank you.
Risley Village Clean up Just to let you know that the village clean up and litter pick is on Saturday 7th May from 10am which will also include clearing up the school hedge. If anyone would like to help then please meet at the village hall at 10am. Spades, garden gloves and sacks to collect debris will be required.
