It will not be delivered to the College. There will not be time to collect it on the morning of graduation. (Dress Regulations Note: Dark blue and grey are not permitted, the regulations are for black or very dark grey only without pinstripes, but a tuxedo or dinner jacket is fine. White (not cream) shirts and blouses only. Please read the dress code extremely carefully on our graduation website. The Proctors are hot on the dress regulations and really will refuse entry to anybody who is improperly dressed and you may be asked to run off to obtain the correct attire.) Tuesday 27th June 2pm - Save the Date: Praelector's Drinks Please join Dr Charlie Weiss for a brief rehearsal and a glass of wine in the Riley Auditorium on Tuesday 27 th June at 2pm (until approx. 4pm).

Because this is a special ceremony, the Praelector will rehearse it in advance so that on the day you will know precisely what you must do. The Tutorial Office will be on hand to give out your guest tickets. If you require extra Senate House tickets please let me know on Tuesday.

7pm Lady Clare Dinner Champagne in Old Court Marquee followed by Dinner in Small/Great Hall at 7.30pm (Black tie/lounge suit or equivalent - Gowns are worn, but no hoods. Graduation Day Photo in the Fellows’ Garden As well as a formal photo, the photographer will also take an informal photo. Please feel to bring along a prop (water guns, masks, hats, glasses etc.). These will then be on sale on the day in the Latimer Room from 3.30pm.

Family Group Photos - Come to the Tutorial Office and pick a time slot for your family photo.

Chapel We will endeavour to accommodate as many ticket holders in Chapel as possible, on a first come, first served basis. Once the Chapel is full, any remaining ticket holders will be directed to the Latimer Room, where there is a live-feed of the Service.

Senate House Enhanced security procedures are currently being implemented. Please allow sufficient time for the additional delays this may cause. At this time, they will not allow rucksacks, holdalls, shopping bags or bags larger than 35cm x 25cm into the Senate House or the surrounding grounds. If you bring them to the Ceremony, you will be asked to make alternative arrangements for their storage or may be denied entry to the event. If you need to keep your bag with you, you must seek assistance from a Proctor/Constable who will check contents prior to entry to the Senate House.
