Savings/ day by increasing chilled water HVAC and Reduced plant and cooling tower temperature (6C to 7/8C) Auxiliary operational hours. 2 Increase the temperature in public areas system Chiller Plant set at a higher set point ( 6C to 25 Deg Cel. With a variance 1Deg to 8.5C) which can save 2% of the area load Reduction in operating hours and HVAC Reduce the speed during low demand 3 Cooling towers load. 1 Deg Cel increase in temperature time saves 6% in load Switch off cold rooms and share storage Each cold room power consumption is 4 Cold rooms of food inventory approximately 80 KWH to 110 KWH.

In the hotel all public areas have the access to waste collection bins. Collection bins are kept in regular intervals along the main streets.

Inorganic waste is taken away by the municipal waste collection van. Apart of the organic waste which collected from places other than Mess and canteen areas are treated onsite.

Hazardous waste is generated from machinery, DG set, lights, Batteries etc. which separately collected and stored at dedicated E- waste room.

All the Wet & Dry waste generated from the project premises treated using organic waste converter technology. The compost generated from the Organic Waste Technology reused as manure in the landscape area.

16 Sewage Treatment Plant . 400 KLD MBBR . High efficiency . Low maintenance. Membrane modules are back flushable . Easy to clean. . Yield 60-80% less sludge than conventional system . Compact design – footprint 75% smaller than conventional

17 Organic Waste Compost Machine

• 800 kg /Day Capacity OWC installed • Average 700 kg/day wet waste generated & treated • We waste converted in compost used in garden.

18 10. Green Supply Chain Management To reduce the exposure of occupants and maintenance personnel to potentially hazardous chemicals, biological and particulate contaminants which adversely affect air quality, human health, building finishes, building systems and the environment.
