 Use one form for each quilt registered; quilts must be clean and free of smoke and pet hair. If you are entering multiple quilts we will try to display them all. If space is an issue, we will contact you to prioritize your entries.  Quilt labels must contain the quilt name, the maker’s name and the quilter’s name (if different from the maker).  Each quilt must have a 4 inch sleeve attached to the back (check sleeve instructions for Guild Challenge quilts).

 Each quilt must be bagged in a “Ziploc Big Bag” and folded so the quilt label can be seen through the bag.

 Sizes must be accurate to within 2” of the stated size or the quilt might not be displayed in chosen category.

 To register, email this form and a color digital photograph of the quilt to Judy Walsh at [email protected] . The file name of the photo should include the entry title and the maker’s last name. Photos will not be returned.  Although email delivery is the preferred method, registration forms and photos may also be delivered by hand at the February and March guild meetings, or mailed to Judy Walsh, 16005 Seneca Rd., Poolesville, MD 20837.
