CLUB PRE SEASON COMPETITION 2016

Section: Open

Dates: Tuesday 16 February 2016 Tuesday 23 February 2016 Tuesday 1 March 2016 Tuesday 8 March 2016

Time: 7pm – 8.15pm

Teams: Maximum 14 teams

Cost: $100.00 per Team (up to 20 players)

Closing Date: Entries close 1 February 2016 with $100 entry fee

Courts: 1, 3, 5, 7, 8, 9, 11 (subject to change)

Conditions of Entry Each Club must supply the following personnel to be eligible to enter competition:  Coach  Umpire - non playing  Team Manager  Scorer  Club Court Official – assist with running weekly game  Trainer  Squad size - 20 Players maximum

Clubs must also provide the following:  Match ball  Position bibs  Coach, umpire and players must have 2016 Netball Victoria membership prior to participating in this competition with evidence of 2016 membership attached to Entry Form

Matches  Games commence at 7pm sharp  Games shall consist of 4 x 15 minute quarters, centrally timed.  The Association will not be responsible for any injuries incurred on the day  No injury time, however umpires will allow time for an injured player to be replaced

CLUB Court Official  Club Court Officials will be responsible for the running of the competition each evening with the following tasks:  Prior to game ensure goal post padding in place on appropriate courts  After game ensure goal post padding removed and store correctly  Timekeeping – central timer  Assist in Canteen  Court Supervisors  A duty roster will be supplied prior to competition

WNA Committee contribution  Venue with lights if required  Administer competition including Fixture, Club Court official fixture, score sheets  Refreshments and food available at canteen  Change room & toilets are available
