 Preparations of the CIE Work Plan for the period 2012-2013, new proposals and decisions about future themes in the Work Plan.

 Resource mobilization strategies.

 Planning of the Sixth Regular Meeting of the CIE and the Eight Inter-American Meeting of Ministers of Education.

 Report by the Special Multilateral Fund of the Inter-American Council for Integral Development (FEMCIDI) on the process of selection and financing of projects in the field of education.

 Final consultations and designation of pending subregional representations for the Executive Committee of the CIE.
