IMPORTANT  Registration is subject to final confirmation by the Organisers.  All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing prior to 28 May 201 8 to qualify for a refund. There will be no refund for any cancellations received thereafter. Refund will be made within three months after the conclusion of the Summit. All participants should make their own travel and accommodation arrangements.  In the unlikely event of cancellation, the Organisers are liable only for the refund of all registration fees paid.

Declaration

☐ * I understand that the above information will be included in the Belt and Road Summit databank/website and that the Organiser can make use of our information for trade promotion purposes. I accept that the Organiser bear no responsibility for any error or omission.

☐ * I agree that I should make my own travel and accommodation arrangements for attending the Belt and Road Summit, and I am solely responsible for all the expenses incurred for such arrangements including without limitation air travel, ground transportation, hotel accommodation, food, visa/entry permit, tax, insurance and other related expenses. I should also ensure I meet the travel requirements to enter Hong Kong and obtain any and all necessary travel documents and visa/entry permits to travel to and from my home country. I understand that the Organiser shall not be held responsible for any expenses incurred by me for my travel and accommodation arrangements nor confirm my visa/entry permit requirements to attend the Belt and Road Summit in Hong Kong under any circumstances.

☐ * I acknowledge and agree that there may be changes to the date, venue, duration or any other material aspects of the Belt and Road Summit, and that the Belt and Road Summit may be cancelled for various reasons including but not limited to causes beyond the reasonable control of the Organiser such as earthquake, typhoon, fire, flood, acts of god, labour dispute or strikes, riots, demonstrations, travel restrictions, legal or governmental action, decree or order, major disruption of transport system, disease, war, military, fear of terrorist attack, and the Organiser shall not be responsible for any loss or damage caused by any changes or cancellation of the Belt and Road Summit whatsoever and the Organiser’s sole liability is a refund of the registration fees paid and no other.

☐ * I acknowledge and agree that the Organiser reserves the right to reject any applications or revoke any registrations for the Belt and Road Summit at any time, in its sole and absolute discretion, if I have provided false or incomplete information, fail to make the required payment to apply and register for the Belt and Road Summit, or for any other causes without the obligation to provide any reason. Should payment have already been made to the Organiser, the Organiser shall refund any amount paid in full to me. In any case, other than the aforesaid refund, the Organiser and the Organiser’s officers, employees, members, representatives or agents shall not be liable for any loss, liability, damages, claims, actions, costs or expenses arising from any claim, or any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind resulting from the rejection or revocation of my application or registration, including without limitation airfare, hotel or other costs incurred by me or other third parties, or any loss of business opportunities or profits. In case of any disputes over the application and registration of the Belt and Road Summit, the Organiser’s decisions shall be final and binding.
