Avery-Parsons Early Childhood Program
Chaffee County Mammography Fund provides funds to pay for or defer the cost of a mammogram or alternative diagnostic procedure for the medically underserved, uninsurable, and underinsured people of Chaffee County, Lake, Norther Fremont and Saguache Counties. Appointments for eligibility can be made with Patient Financial Services (719) 539-6661. The applicant must have a prescription for the mammogram, which may be obtained from a physician or Chaffee People's Clinic in Salida (719) 593- 4144 or in Buena Vista (719) 395-3238. Once the requirements have been met, a CCMF vouches is issued and mammogram can be done at the HRRMC. Hours:
