Instructions:  All M.A. students must complete the attached progress report.  Please email a copy of this report and a current CV to Wanda Brooks at [email protected] by February 5, 2016.  Please provide a hard copy of the progress report and CV to your advisor for their review and signature by the deadline. This signed hard copy (including your CV) should be submitted to Wanda no later than February 5, 2016. If possible, you should plan to meet in person with your advisor to go over the report and your CV as this serves as a good opportunity for an annual check-in.
