The commercial bid should be submitted as per the under mentioned format in sealed envelope :-

 The quoted price should be inclusive of delivery and installation.VAT should be indicated separately.

 Full technical specification of the air conditioner should be mentioned in the quotation.

 Selection criteria will be based on rate as well the specifications of the air conditioners in the bid.

 The sealed quotation should reach “Allahabad Bank, Property Department, Zonal Office Midnapore, Station Road near old water tank, West Midnapore, West Bengal-721101” along with requisite paper/documents. Please super scribe the envelope as “ COMMERCIAL BID FOR SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF AIR-CONDITIONERS WITH STABILISERS “

 Last date for submission of sealed quotation is 19TH March, 2016.

 Validity of quotation will be 180 days from the date of opening tender.

 The date of tender opening is 21st March, 2016.

 The selected vendors are required to supply and install the air-conditioners in the individual branches as per requirement. No travelling charges for delivery and installation will be entertained.  The quotation should be accompanied by the Certificate of Dealership from the manufacturer valid for 2016.

 Terms and conditions for warranty should be clearly specified.

 Bank reserves the right to reject any or all the quotations and stop the process at any point of time without assigning any reason whatsoever.
