Re-inspections - City ordinance allows five (5) days from request to schedule. NO same day request

Landlord - - If you are not licensed as required by Chapter 114 of City Ordinance A CO Inspection & CO Will Not be issued until a License is issued. MAKE SURE YOU SIGN APPLICATION, IF NOT IT WILL BE CONSIDERED INCOMPLETE!!!! First Inspection Fee $ 50.00 (multi each unit) EACH- Follow-up- inspection is $ 25.00
