Host Responsibilities and Commitments

I acknowledge that the library will be required to insure the exhibit at all times that the exhibit is at the library (specific insurance requirements will be detailed in the Exhibition Loan Agreement); that the library is responsible for any loss or damage (beyond daily wear and tear) to the exhibit while it is at the library; and that the library is responsible for all operating costs for the exhibit while it is at the library, to include routine maintenance and cleaning. SIP needs approximately 1200 square feet. The modular nature of the exhibit allows it to be broken into several distinct sections within your library. It is preferred that it be displayed contiguously (not broken up), however alternate set ups may be considered. SIP2Go must be displayed continually for the duration of the time it will be at your site (cannot be taken down or reset at will).
