Project Description

For this project you will be working individually to research a scientist. You will randomly draw the name of your scientists in class.

Part 1 : Research your assigned scientist and record your findings on the information sheet provided. * if you need additional space, please use loose-leaf and attach to your research worksheet sheet before handing in.

Part 2: Create a poster about your scientist that includes: . The name of your scientist . A picture of your scientist . Important discoveries/inventions or areas of research by your scientist . Where they are from and where they lived . When they lived . At least 3 other interesting facts . The poster should also be neat and colourful

Part 3: Briefly share your research with the class.

* You will be provided with 3 classes to work on this project. If you miss some or all of this class time you are expected to complete the work at home and/or during extra-help.
