E. CANCELLATION POLICY AND REFUND Cancellation of registration should be requested in writing to the Conference Organising Bureau. For every written cancellation received before August 10, 2016, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded. No refund will be issued thereafter. All refunds will be made within two months after the end of the Conference. Bank charges will be deducted.
