Application dated 30.12.2011 of Shri P. Jayaram, Tirupur seeking Information under Right to Information Act, 2005
This Order disposes of the captioned application of Shri P. Jayaram, S/o P. N. Paramasivam, 4/676, Nochipalayam Cut, Veerapandi Post, Tirupur- 641 605, Tamilnadu seeking information under the RTI Act, 2005, received by the office of Central Public Information Officer (CPIO), SIDBI on January 04, 2012.The information seeker has desired to know CLCSS claim of M/s. JPN Knitting, in respect of term loan of `.62.25 lakhs with the date of sanction as 10/06/2010, Central Bank of India and has sought following information:
“ A. (1) Confirm whether the CLCSS application in respect of M/s. JPN Knitting, Tirupur, Tamilnadu, A/c Central Bank of India is received by your office (or) not.
(2) If yes, confirm the said CLCSS application is taken by your office for processing. B. (1) Pending before your office for clarification of query raised by your office. (2) Returned to the respective nodal office for rectification of queries raised by your office.
C. (1) Application is processed and approved
D. (1) Status of the application- for the release of funds by the ministry.”
The said application is disposed of, as under:-
1. Information in respect of Sl. No. A(1) of the application: The application in question was received by Govt. Scheme Cell (GSC), SIDBI, HO, Lucknow on 15/07/2011 from Central Bank of India.
2. Information in respect of Sl. No. A(2) of the application: The said application was processed to ascertain eligibility of the proposal for subsidy benefits under CLCSS Scheme.
3. Information in respect of Sl. No. B(1) of the application: 3

No. B(2) of the application: The said application was returned to the nodal office of Central Bank of India, indicating i) Appendix III [Agreement] should be submitted in original / authenticated by authorized signatory on each page ii) Application has been submitted in photo copy iii) Certificate in required format have not been submitted iv) Forwarding letter and Due Diligence certificate have not been submitted on PLI’s letterhead and v) Most of the documents and formats have not been signed by the Authorised signatory.
5. Information in respect of Sl. No. C(1) and D(1) of the application: The application was processed by GSC, SIDBI, HO and returned to the nodal office the Central Bank of India.
