Entry Fee & Registration

Entry Fee (Last date of Entry : 31 st May 2016, 04:00 pm.)

Normal entry fee for all Players: Rs. 1500/- Late fees Rs. 200/- will be charged if entry after 31st May 2016. Player’s entry after 09:00 am on 2nd June will be included from 2nd round. Registrations can be sent to respective district secretaries and directly also to the organizers.

Payment of Entry Fee: Entry fees may be transferred through NEFT by any bank or Cash may be deposited in any branch of Central Bank of India. Eligibility Only Chhattisgarh State rated and unrated players are eligible. AICF registration for 2016-17 is compulsory for all players. The registration fees Rs.250/- to be paid if not registered. CPCA registration for 2016-17 is compulsory for all players. The registration fees Rs.250/- to be paid if not registered. Documents required to be presented along with the form: 1) .AICF registration fee receipt 2016-17 2). CPCA registration fee receipt 2016-17 3). District association fee receipt 2016-17 4). Copy of birth certificate.

Tournament Rules System of play: The tournament will be conducted as per FIDE Laws of Chess and FIDE Swiss System with 8 rounds. Time Control: 90 Minutes with 30 second increment from move 1. Tie Break: In case of a tie, the latest FIDE Rules shall come in to effect. The Cash prizes however will not be shared and one player will be eligible for one higher prize only.

Accommodation Rs. 300/- for 4 days will be charged with each player/accompanied person for accommodation will be provided dormitory type accommodation up to 35 players/persons at venue and up to 35 players/persons at Bhilai-3.

Rs. 600/- for 4 days will be charged with each player/accompanied person for accommodation will be provided hotels room on triple sharing basis up to15 players/persons near the venue and up to 15 players/persons at Bhilai-3.
