ANY CHANGES TO THIS RIDER MUST BE MADE IN WRITING AND APPROVED BY ARTISTS' RESPRESENTITIVES. This rider forms an integral part of the attached contract. The rider must be signed and returned with the contract within two weeks of receiving this contract.

NOTE: A DMTB show is typically 2-2 1/2 hours long. We request that all DMTB performances be ALL AGES or at least 18+. Please make your representitive aware of any time limitation, curfews or all ages restrictions PRIOR to signing this agreement.

BILLING

Billing for all advertising, marketing materials, announcements, marquees, etc. shall be billed as follows;

(100% size) THE DAVE MATTHEWS TRIBUTE BAND

No other billing arrangments will be acceptable. NO USE OF THE WORDS “COVER BAND” PLEASE!

SUPPORT

The DMTB encourages a local support act to be booked for each performance to increase draw. However, please ensure the act follows similar genre to the DMTB. Solo singer-songwriters, jazz/funk/fusion, hip- hop, jam, etc. are all OK - PLEASE NO HARD ROCK/HEAVY METAL SUPPORT ACTS.

Also, please make it clear upon booking support that they are NOT TO PLAY ANY DAVE MATTHEWS BAND MATERIAL. HOTEL

IF THE PURCHASER is providing hotel, hotel must be quality of Business Class or above, with two (2) double rooms provided. Hotel should be in close proximity of venue.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR PROMOTER AND STAFF

1) The PURCHASER shall make available (10) complimentary seats per show to ARTIST for their use. Please note that the band uses comp tickets in trade for street level publicity and marketing of each event.

2) The PURCHASER shall furnish and supply at his/her sole cost all necessary permits, licenses, and authorizations from any and all government agencies, bureaus and departments, Federal, State and local.

3) The PURCHASER agrees to pay all Federal, State and local amusment taxes and to indemnify and hold Artists harmless from payment of such taxes.

4) ARTIST requests that ALL shows be "all ages" and advertised as such. If all ages are not possible, then ARTIST requests that the show be 18+. Please notify Artist's Representitive if this is a problem.

5) ARTIST requests no more than 15 chairs/seats PER 100 PERSONS may be placed on the floor during the performance - this is a Rock n' Roll show, not a dinnertime jazz performance. The band's performance feeds off of the energy from the crowd, it's much easier to make everyone's evening enjoyable when everyone is not sitting.

DRESSING ROOM:

A minimum of one (1) clean dressing room must be available for ARTIST sole use. Tables and chairs for 8 people. Dressing room must be locked or guarded to ensure safety of ARTIST's belongings.

TOWELS:

Six (6) clean face towels; in dressing room.

STAGE:

1) Promoter must indicate exact stage size here: ______2) Stage must be cleared of any excess equipment prior to Artists' arrival. 3) If venue is outdoors, stage must be protected by sun, wind and rain.

ELECTRICAL POWER:

AC power distribution should be provided by the sound company, derived from the theater road switch, preferrably an isolated transformer separate from the lighting system connections. It must be of appropriate amperage to power the AC power for the performers as indicated on stage plot. The distribution system must be properly grounded.

1) Four (4) four-way outlets providing a secure 120 volts of three phase power will be accessible, one for each of four performers. HOSPITALITY:

At time of load-in sponsor shall provide the following: a. One (1) case Bottled Beer (Heineken, Coors Light, Corona, Bud or Bud Light preferred) b. One (1) bottle Wine (Merlot, Chablis, Chardonnay, Riesling or Pinot preferred) c. One (1) case Bottled Water d. Four (4) Cans of Red Bull or similar energy drink

CATERING: The catering portion of this rider may be bought out at a cost of $12 per person (six generally travelling). You MUST make arrangements in advance with the production coordinator. If catering if preferred, the following must be provided:

1. A hot meal must be provided for Artist and crew (generally six people) following the soundcheck. 2. A selection of beverages to include: water, soda, iced teas, coffee, tea, etc. 3. No deep-fried or "Fast" foods please. Ethnic food and specialties of your region are welcome. A selection of sweets is also welcome.
