Work Week: Sunday – Saturday

Shift Differentials:

4 Evening/Night/Weekend: None

Overtime Rate: 1.4 x the normal hourly rate Overtime excess 40 hrs. per week per state and labor laws.

Holiday Pay Rate: 1.4 x the normal hourly rate – all Federal Holidays actually Worked.

Workweek: Sunday through Saturday

On Call: 6.00 per hour. When the healthcare provider is assigned to Carry a pager and provide phone consultation. The provider must also be within a 30-minute radius of the facility. The overtime rate will apply once the provider is physically onsite. There is a 2-hour minimum guarantee.

Call Back: The applicable hourly rate will apply. If overtime is Warranted, the OT (1.4 times the hourly) will apply. 1 hour Minimum guarantee once the provider arrives on site.
