FOCUS ON LOGICAL CONNECTORS AND SIGNAL WORDS

EXPLANATION

Logical connectors and signal words are very important because they show the RELATIONSHIPS of ideas. Below are some examples. Notice the commas after signal words. Also notice whether a connector takes a subject and verb after it (S + V), or a noun or noun phrase (N).
