Announcing Our New Online Library System using Inmagic® Genie
Our organization’s library catalog is transitioning to a new online system. This will include an updated database of holdings, and a searchable Web interface so users can now search, browse, view and request materials online!
User Features: Self-service: You can now search the collection 24/7 from any location. Just use Internet Explorer at this address: (Your library catalog URL). You don’t have to remember an exact search term- you can scroll through a thesaurus and browse to find applicable search terms. (Click the “browse” button next to any field) Digital documents can be viewed or downloaded immediately Serials or other holdings can be requested through the online system Use an InfoCart, like a shopping cart, to store items for later retrieval and action Log into “My OPAC” to view your open loans, overdues, reserves, routed serials and borrower information
