Scozzie Squash Academy 2016 Mercersburg Camp Camp Information

What to Bring (in addition to your regular clothing) -squash racquet -squash clothes for 5 days of play, at least two shirts per day All White Squash Clothes Are NOT Necessary -squash shoes (with non-marking soles) -protective eye wear -running sneakers -sweatshirt -raincoat -water bottle -toilet articles -bathing suit -a fan for your room (if possible – it can get very hot)

Linens – Please bring sheets and a pillow. Also, bring a towel for showers. Spending Money - Most evening activities will be paid for by the camp. You will likely want to have a little spending money ($15-$20) for snacks and extras during evening activities.

Telephones Campers are welcome to bring cell phones to camp. The camp can be contacted during the camp week by calling Paul Frank: cell phone 609-290-9295.

In case of an emergency, Mercersburg Academy school security can get a message to us. Contact them at 717-328-1111.

Camp Rules 1. Protective eyewear is mandatory at all times on the court. 2. Participation in all camp activities is expected unless you are specifically excused. 3. No swimming is allowed unless it is a specific camp event with coaches involved. 4. No leaving campus without permission. 5. No visitors in the dorm without permission. 6. No boys in girls’ rooms or visa versa. 7. No smoking, alcohol, or drugs permitted. Immediate dismissal from camp will result if a camper is found with any of these substances. Arrival and Departure Please arrive at camp between 1:30pm - 2:30pm the Sunday camp begins – come to the squash courts or directly to the dorm – dorm name will be sent out close to the start of camp. Campers should be picked up between 1:30pm - 2:30pm on the Friday camp ends, though pick up can begin following morning squash.
