Hello Neighbors- on Behalf of the Pineloch Community Association Board, We Would Like To

Hello Neighbors-

On behalf of the Pineloch Community Association board, we would like to extend warm greetings to all of the residents of the Pineloch Community!

Your current HOA Board Officers are: Clement George - President Warren Harold – Vice-President Allen Campos – Secretary/Treasurer Joseph P. McCormack – Director Max Martin – Director

The following houses have been selected as "Yards Of The Month," in the Pineloch Community. Please see the great yards that your neighbors have created and say, "Hello"! Congratulations Neighbors!

1711 Mabry Mill Road 1130 Mabry Mill Road 14626 Redwood Bend Trail 14306 Autumn Canyon Trace

Every month, we will place the signs at 4 different houses in the Pineloch Community where the yards are an inspiration to us and foster a beautiful community. Get your yards ready as you may be selected next month. Also, if you would like to recommend a yard that may be on the less beaten path in our community, feel free to suggest a yard at [email protected]

Some additional announcements:

1. Recently, the mushroom type structures at the Mabry Mill pool have been covered to provide a sun shade for community members during the hot summer months in Houston. Also we added 24' x 24' shade structures at the Oak Chase and Bay Knoll pools to cover the wading pools. The structures are oversized to provide sun shade for parents wanting to be near their children while in these pools. 2. Six new picnic tables with umbrellas have been added to our pools to provide additional family seating. (2 picnic tables per pool) 3. We have completed two more monuments on Space Center Blvd. We are in the process of updating the landscaping at these monuments and looking to resolve the muddy sidewalk issues near the monuments. The two interior monuments that are on Sun Harbor have had contracts awarded and work should start shortly. 4. The ARC (Architectural Review Committee) is all electronic and functioning beyond anyone’s expectations. Of course, we can still accommodate paper when need be. We are very happy with this system! Please remember to complete an ARC forms for home improvements when required. Please see the community website for more information, www.pineloch.org.

All calls should be directed to Associa at (832) 864-1200, 17049 El Camino Real Ste 100, Houston, TX 77058. While Melinda Greeson is the point of contact for our community, our community management team has a group of people available to help resolve your issues.

You can email your board of directors at [email protected] . We will make every attempt to respond as quickly as possible. Please understand that we are all volunteers and have varying work schedules. We are community members, just as you, and we are all working together to have an amazing community for you and with you. Have a great summer!
