2. Approval of January minutes JL approved, PMcC seconded.

3. Treasurers report Latest statement received showed £10546.51 as of 1/3/2016.

4. Projects update IJ Contacted GH about planter locations, GH forwarded to Becky Plunkett WLC, who in turn passed on to Ronnie Gardner at grounds maintenance. Ronnie called IJ and agreed in principle. IJ will meet Ronnie on site w/c June 6th. AJ to get prices & delivery info. PMcC offered to get deliveries to her house if necessary.

IJ still to produce a clear summary of the community consultation, to be posted to Facebook and the MEG website and presented to MCC.

IJ and PMcC met at the bench location. PMcC has contacted 3 companies about the bench.

Path fixing on June 19th. Thanks to input from GH, NETS/Land Services are supplying and delivering the material for free on June 17th.

5. AOB IJ to follow up with Mike Hyatt about MEG plan.

Noted that 16th June date would be AGM. Invite all-comers.

NETS sorted out the fallen tree over the path around the pond when prodded again.

Funding discussed. JL to find previous funding application docs to use as a guide.

Graham Bennie to be contacted about fire pits.

GH to examine loose board on main boardwalk and contact NETS to see if it can be fixed.

Drain marking with Bellsquarry group discussed – GH to get date & contact info to IJ.

Carpark entrance discussed. Becoming a real problem. To consider contacting Lawrence again to see if the council can get it addressed.
