 Consultation with clients on creating or improving their on-line presence through email, video, social media and website marketing.  Brainstorm with clients to write scripts, storyboard and scout locations if needed.  Building brand awareness for various small businesses through video creation and management.  Shoot video footage and photos with 720p, 1080p DSLRs and Samsung Galaxy S6 4K camera.  Sound recordings with use of both lavalier and multi-directional microphones.  Portable 3-point lighting system and green screen set-up used for on-location filming.  Editing filmed video with Adobe Premiere Pro, SONY Vegas & Camtasia Studio on a PC Windows operation system.  Creating and working with various businesses on their social media to create exciting brand and product awareness to targeted consumers.  Daily social media postings created once or several times a day targeted to consumer base.  Working within budgets to achieve marketing goals with small businesses.  Writing instructional how-to articles for both print and digital only publications, accompanied by professionally taken photographs on or before the publication’s deadline.  Revamping website product photos by photographing product lines, editing approved photos and making them professional in appearance. Marketing, Social Media Manager, Videographer & Webmaster

 Post daily blogs on company website and several postings daily to social media outlets to improve brand awareness.  On call to help out when needed on jobs when short-handed.  When first on the scene to either a fire or water loss, explain to the home or business owner what they can expect from SERVPRO to do in the next few hours. Have them fill out and sign paperwork to approve work to be done.  Provide and communicate clear and accurate pretesting, scoping of services, and job estimates.  Scope water and fire loss for actual size of affected area using a laser measure. Input actual measurements in Xactimate software program.  In the case of a water loss, pull trim, pop holes and place air movers in front of holes to circulate air between walls to expedite drying time.  Place dehumidifiers and air movers in strategic areas to expedite drying time. Take readings and record them every twelve hours.  If carpet in a structure is wet, pull from base trim and “float” with air moves to expedite drying time. If beyond repair, cut, pull and throw away carpet.  In either a fire or water loss, determine if walls are affected. If they are, check to see if they are salvageable. If not, cut where necessary and dispose of in a timely and clean manner.  In case of a fire loss, determine effected area(s) and help make a “plan of action” on what the next few steps will be in the next 24 hours.  Wipe down (sponge) and Hepavac areas affected with soot damage.  Help perform post loss clean up by sweeping, drying and painting areas that need additional care.  Manage the Franchise marketing team and all sales and marketing initiatives.  Develop and implement an annual marketing plan, which promotes franchise services and develops a diverse customer base.  Manage and improve customer satisfaction including the resolution of any customer complaints.  Building brand awareness, an increase in new customers and expansion of diverse markets.  Monitor and follow-up on all assigned jobs ensuring that customer needs are met. 10/2007 – 8/2013 Walsh Marine, Brookfield, WI

Plant Production Manager

 Lead plant production manager. Over-seeing the daily operations and production of various lines of equipment and the product produced on them. Depending on the workflow and the time of year, trains and works with up to 10 employees at any given time.  Works, cleans, maintains and trains employees on a Graco foaming machine. Foaming the inside of various sizes of marine floats and buoys.  Experience working with and maintaining a Miller 3 phase MIG welding machine.  Works on and maintains a liquid cooled steel cutting cold saw.  Works on and maintains a Miller plasma cutting machine.  Manages, works with and trains employees in the shipping department. Works on-line with various LTL shipping company websites and with UPS shipping software.  Experience working with Microsoft Word and Excel developing work tickets and purchase orders for various jobs.  Maintains a safe, clean working environment per OSHA rules and guidelines for the plant and its employees.  Works on solving any employee problems and helps maintain a positive work environment. Employee relations, management, raises and possible termination are an everyday part of the plant manager position.  Forklift certified

Machine Set-Up Person / Operator

 Production line manager. Would over-see the daily operations on various lines of equipment and the product produced on them. Would train and work with up to 10 employees per line. Up to 4 lines at once.  Trained and worked on many types of folding and gluing equipment, along with foil stamping, embossing and die-cutting machines.  Did quality checks (QC) on my work as well as others.  Equipment that I worked were: Overhead cutters, Stahl-526, Baum Legend B26 and MBO B18 folding machines. Haskins Unifold, Bobst Fuego, Moll and Consolidated Vega folding and gluing machines. YaWa, Imperia Model G and Imperia Model C “clam shell” die cutters.  Had training and running experience with a high speed, “large format” Sanwa TRP-1060 sheet feed press.  Various products that I helped to manufacture were: folders (one and two pocket), cereal and pasta boxes, POP Displays, and other various types of consumer goods packaging. 4/2004-9/2006 Vesta, Inc. L.S.R. Mixer / Press Set-Up Person

 Production line manager. Would over-see the daily operations on various lines of equipment and the product produced on them. Would train and work with up to 3 employees per line. Up to 25 lines at once.  In charge of mixing liquid silicone rubber (L.S.R.) for presses that make various pieces for the medical and aero industries.  Make sure that the L.S.R. materials are mixed properly by volume and color. Proper mixing of materials will ensure that the parts will mold and come out properly for the customer.  Set up presses for the molding process.  Setting up the molding presses consist of regulating the right temperature, getting the right shot weight size for the part, dwell and cure times.  When all factors were done to specifications, parts properly made for the customer. The making of L.S.R. material and setting up of presses for molding are done in three shifts.

Adjuster / Supervisor

 Production line manager. Would over-see the daily operations on various lines of equipment and the product produced on them. Would train and work with up to 3 employees per line. Up to 6 lines at once.  Change over envelope manufacturing machines. Working on three to seven machines at a time, on a daily basis.  Once the machines are changed over, watch over them to make sure they keep running and the product is being manufactured to company specifications.  If something happens to the machines while it is running, identify the problem and fix it as soon as possible.  At times, I would have to take the machine apart to fix something that is broken or make an adjustment while the machines is running so that the product is manufactured properly and on time.  Work on machines that band together a number of products (Banders). Adjust and fix machines as needed.  Leader Paper Products sent me to school for the job and I earned a diploma. The position that I had was two-fold, not only did I adjust and fix machines, but it also was a supervisor position.  In charge of workflow, employee relations and a certain amount of paperwork.  Worked with many types of tools and was responsible for making decisions that will better the productivity of the machines and the employees that I oversaw and worked with.
