Additional distributing of your promotional materials at the exhibition shall be 20% extra of the total cost □ Registration fee (70 EUR via 1 participant x ___ ) Includes: accreditation, supply of badges, smorgasbord, lunches (at the exhibition), hotel reservation □ Transfer from/to airport or railway station: 52 EUR per person. The Customer shall inform the Executor about the flight details 5 days before the opening of the exhibition at the latest □ Freight delivery: from the airport or railway station, delivery of the weight up to 100 kg.
