 a portable filing box that is maintained and stored off site from the squadron meeting place; box is transported to the meeting and monitored by the TCO, TA or unit commander at all times; it has a combination locking device – please note that this storage may only used by a squadron that is not permitted to have any items stored in its meeting place. 7 Para 1-5a Anytime the test material storage container is open, the TCO, TA, or unit commander is present to prevent test compromise. 8 Para 1-5b No other materials other than testing materials are stored in the testing material storage cabinet/box. 9 Para 1-5c Lock combinations are changed at least annually or whenever the TCO, TA(s) or unit commander changes. 10 Para 1-5c Lock combinations are documented in the test inventory log. 11 Para 1-6 A test materials inventory is conducted at least every 90 days and whenever the TCO changes.

The log is annotated when the inventory is completed.
