I am pleased to inform you that you have been selected for the above noted position.

The current salary range for this appointment is $XXXX to $XXXX bi-weekly. Your salary upon appointment will be $XXXX bi-weekly, which represents Grid XX, Step X of the salary range.

This is a two-year project position and the term of your employment is limited to (start and end dates). However as employment is dependent on work requirements and salary funds being available this date may change. If the date of your term is changed, you will be notified as soon as possible.

Please confirm the salary rate reflected in your first full pay with the rate quoted in this letter. Any discrepancy should immediately be reported to Payroll Services (1-877-277-0772). Your supervisor upon appointment will be NAME, TITLE.

*If Degree/certification required The following are required to perform this job: DEGREE, DIPLOMA, CERTIFICATE, LICENSE, REGISTRATION. I need to review documentation that confirms the required qualifications are met. Please submit your documents to this office as soon as possible. I will not be able to confirm this offer until this has occurred.

Consistent with normal practice, you will be subject to a probationary period of 913 hours, which is equivalent to six (6) months of full-time employment, following which you will be recommended for confirmation provided that your performance is satisfactory.

As a new employee, there are certain documents necessary to commence payroll and others that are required as a condition of employment. The documents and instructions for completing and submitting them will be available to you following your confirmation of this offer. Once received, please complete and submit these documents as directed as quickly as possible to ensure timely payroll processing.
