Junior Analyst Responsibilities

Are you interested in joining an exciting, fast-growing billing company? Billing Solutions, LLC is located just north of Prescott, AZ. We currently bill insurance companies for more than fifty drug and alcohol treatment centers nationwide. Our mission is to provide comprehensive Revenue Cycle Management services to help our clients grow their top-lines and help more individuals obtain treatment for drug and alcohol related disorders.

We are looking for two MBA’s or Undergraduates with fresh analytical, statistical, and operational mindsets to form and lead centralized billing functions. You will help our team of professionals continue to refine, develop, implement and maintain policy and procedure surrounding these functions as well as establish and maintain best practices, performance metrics, and.

JUNIOR ANALYST RESPONSIBILITIES

 Assist in reviewing billing/revenue recognition processes and improve procedures which are deficient, i.e. planning and strategizing on policies and procedures  Assist Operations Executives in establishing and validating individual and department goals utilizing service level measurements established as well as error evaluations.  Maintain exemplary customer service with our diverse client population  Assist both internal and external auditors with customer related requests  Work in analytics teams to refine performance metrics  Monitor individual and team performance and report to senior analysts to ensure department goals and service level agreements are met or exceeded  Direct and manage staff in their functional duties, coach and mentor team to ensure strategic development of growing departments  Create processes and systems to ensure departments are challenged and developing in their respective roles  Integrate your daily work around teaming, project management and process improvement  Continuously challenge current practices and procedures as the business evolves to implement improvements in policy, procedure and systems  Ensure documentation is consistently and continuously updated as part of best practice of maintaining documentation  Ensure that documentation and data accumulation standards are documented and enforced. ANALYST REQUIREMENTS
