PUPPY QUESTIONNAIRE

As an owner and breeder of English Springer Spaniels for the past 36 years, I have considerable knowledge and experience with this much loved breed. These dogs make wonderful family companions, but not all puppies are suitable for every family situation. Therefore, in order to make sure the ideal puppy is placed with your family, please provide the requested information and I’ll do my best to share my knowledge and experience with you in finding the family companion that suits your lifestyle! Please keep in mind that this is not a test and there are no right or wrong answers.
