1 Reason for revision

This version of the application firmware shall be used in DBC 444 01 (Aastra 7444ip).

New function:

 Possible to disable dial out from MNS key(s) by command (see commands in command Help)

It can be centrally stored (using configure tag [StoreUserData])

 Configure Ring level in Handsfree mode via setting HandsfreeRingLevel (under [RingLevel]) to SILENCE, or NORMAL. Default value is NORMAL.

 Usability improvements for 802.1X.

 Big 509X certificates for 802.1x TLS will cause 802.1X authentication failure.

 RTP is not disabled as it should be which may cause double tones.

5 Recommended measures

The new configuration file R3U contains new parameter values. At upgrading the recommendation is to use the new configuration file and adapt it with all site dependent parameter values.

This revision of the firmware is to be introduced in new manufacturing.
