When registering to attend the workshop, please indicate which of the following breakouts sessions you would like to attend in the order of your preference by typing them in the special needs comments section of your registration form and numbering them 1 through 8 with 1 being the most preferred. The sessions are based on the eight National Homeland Security Priorities.
1. Keynote Speaker
“Sustainment and Future of the Regional Response System”
Director, Kerry Pettingill
2. Operational Readiness “Current Status and Updates of the Regional Response System”
OKOHS Training, Exercise and Response Division staff and others.
3. Working Groups “How can we make it better”
The second day will provide the opportunity to continue the work of the Working Groups from the day one.
For regional response system point of contacts who are also a regional council member, you are encouraged to bring a secondary point of contact with you, most likely a regional response unit team leader, to attend the Regional Response System portion of the workshop. Keep in mind, however, that you will each have to register separately, and the secondary POC will need to register for Regional Response System portion which is listed as a separate course on this website.
