Parish Questionnaire - Church of the Holy Trinity, Guildwood

a) Parish Questionnaire - Church of the Holy Trinity, Guildwood

One of the first tasks of the Parish Selection Committee for a New Incumbent is to draft a parish profile. The parish profile has a variety of types of information about the Church and its parishioners - everything from demographics and information about our facilities to our current practices and dreams for the future. There is a set template for parish profiles that Churches can build their information from. Some of the following questions come from that template; others are ones we have added to give us some more information with which to develop a full picture of your thoughts and interests.

We would like to encourage all family members over the age of 13 to fill in a questionnaire. If you need more copies, please feel free to photocopy the questionnaire or to pick up extra copies at the Church. You do not have to identify yourself by putting your name on the questionnaire but you may do so, if you wish. No individual's comments will be revealed using the contributor's name.

MAKE YOUR OPINIONS COUNT. Please return your questionnaire to the Church by March 4.
