JOB TITLE: LOCATION: Central Office Secretary/Receptionist – Central Office WORK SCHEDULE: 253 days IMMEDIATE SUPERVISOR: SALARY SCALE: Director of Special Education and Student Services Classified Scale, Level 4 SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS/DIRECT/INDIRECT REPORTS: FLSA STATUS: None.

This position performs general office duties and provides clerical support as needed to the Central Office.

Requirements  Process applications for substitute teachers  Maintain accurate substitute database using AESOP software  Prepare and implement orientation for substitutes  Process division substitute pay authorization  Track and maintain reports of employee leave in FileMaker (Transportation, Cafeteria)  Process and track federal grant reimbursements using OMEGA  Front desk counter and phone coverage  Other general office duties as assigned

Qualifications  Proficiency with Microsoft Office  Excellent phone skills  Good command of verbal and written language  Excellent organizational skills  Experience with Macintosh a plus.
