2 be no disruption of accessibility from your campus web pages to CampusConnection. Please consider updating your campus web sites to use the preferred URL. June 19, CONTINGENCY DAY All Thurs . In the event we have unexpected problems, June 19 has been approved by the CAC as an additional day for contingency purposes . The activities mentioned above for June 18 would take place on June 19 instead. . Campuses are advised to avoid planning events that require working in Production 9.0 that day in the event we have problems

June 19, Ongoing Post-Go-Live Support Thurs . Query 9.0 Proposed Refresh Schedule o The refresh process in Oracle is much more complex than it was for SQL and we cannot return to a daily refresh schedule right away after go-live. It is a lengthy new process that has to be refined. o For the initial 2-3 weeks after go-live, Query 9.0 will be refreshed only twice per week. The dates are flexible, but Fridays and Tuesdays have been proposed, so that reports can be run regularly on Mondays and Wednesdays after each refresh.

Date/time TBA Post-Go-Live IVN Meeting . Q&A, Top Issues and the Status . Thank you from CND . Campus time with CAC and Oversight Committee members

Items that will NOT be available at Go-Live In general, all high and medium priority customizations have been fixed and only lower priority items remain, as well as the issues that arise during each testing cycle. For Recruiting and Admissions, the quick application entry and the exemption reports will not be ready (low priorities according to the FUG). For Campus Community, the only development that is not expected to be ready at go-live is the Open Doors report, which is not needed by the campuses until February.
