First Annual FOOTPRINT TO WINGS Race to Zero Carbon 5K, 10K and Interactive Festivities SATURDAY, May 21, 2016, 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. EXHIBITOR APPLICATION

Footprint to Wings would like to invite your organization/company to be a presence at our First Annual Race to Zero Carbon 5K & 10K on Saturday, May 21, 2016 from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm. The Race to Zero Carbon will be held outside (rain or shine) at the Duke Island State Park, Concert Lawn (by Parking Lot B) at Old York Road, Bridgewater, New Jersey. Fee: $200, waived for a sign up of 10 participants (bring your own dedicated team. They get extra discount. Ask us for discount code.)

In addition to the 5K and 10K run, the festivities will feature a walk-through Zero Carbon Coaching Clinic (ZCCC). The ZCCC will allow participants (the “Players”) to visualize the many roles they can play in the Race to Zero Carbon; the many options and actions available to move toward zero; and how THEY NEED TO ADD UP for their state to get ALL THE WAY to zero carbon. In this set up, each organization is a “Specialized Team” that has several “Plays” to execute to move us toward zero carbon. This event is an opportunity for your organization to put on its coaching cap (literally, we will provide coaching caps); to explain how your “Play” will make a difference in the race to zero carbon; and to recruit Players. It’s OK: Players can join multiple teams! Our goal is to get the Players to understand the whole game, to commit to going all the way to zero, to connect with all the Specialized Teams (like your organization!) that resonate with them. Let’s inform & pump everyone up to execute the plays & get to zero ASAP!

Please fill out this application and return by April 6, 2016 to Rezwan@fp2w .org. Applications submitted after April 6, 2016 will be accepted if space is available. The Footprint to Wings Refs will determine eligibility of exhibitors, and acknowledge acceptance of your application to exhibit before April 20; however, we reserve the right to dismiss any exhibitor from the Festivities for the display of inappropriate items or materials. Spaces will be assigned on the basis of how your organization’s “play” fits in with the strategy to win the race (i.e., energy supply side plays grouped together, demand side plays together, carbon removal plays together, meta plays together). We invite organizations to set up Saturday morning between 7 and 9 a.m. Please note that, except in extenuating circumstances, we can not provide tables– vendors must bring their own tables . In case of inclement weather please bring umbrellas. All exhibits must be set up by 9:30 a.m. on Saturday. No exhibit breakdown before 2 p.m.

As a condition of the consent of Footprint to Wings Inc (“FP2W”), for access by the below named person to the Race to Zero Carbon 5K/10K and Interactive Festivities (“The Event”), the recipient and/or the parent/guardian of said minor person assumes full responsibility and all risk for any injuries or illnesses which said person might suffer or cause while at the Event or as a result of access to the Event, and does hereby waive any rights to recover against FP2W, or any persons acting on FP2W’s behalf, for any personal injuries, illnesses, or property damage that might occur while on or as a result of access to the Event. Each of the recipients hereby fully and knowingly releases FP2W, agents, contractors, employees, officers, directors, and/or trustees from any claims for any damage, loss, or injury including personal injuries, or illnesses that might occur.

Photo/Video and Media Release FP2W may film/video/record this event and use the footage/audio in various ways and in various coaching materials to be published on various platforms. We will also be encouraging everyone who attends to likewise record and post videos, vines, images and the like on their own social media outlets (a big thank you for posting with the hashtag #RaceToZeroCarbon)

The recipient hereby agrees that the participant(s) listed below have given permission for the unlimited use of any images captured of him/her at any time during his/her presence at the Event and/or participation in the Event through video, photo and digital cameras and audio recordings. The recipient also agrees to the use of quotations, either in print or reproduction through any audio or video equipment and the use of his/her name. Furthermore, the recipient agrees that photos, video or audio may be used for FP2W promotional material and waives any rights of compensation or ownership thereto, or claims of privacy.
