Courses

The M.A. in Organizational Leadership program features 8-week courses, offering much flexibility in developing your course schedule. The 8- week courses may be taken simultaneously or concurrently within each semester. You must complete all program requirements (33 credit hours) within 5 years from the first term of enrollment. One 3-credits hour course will require about 15-18 hours of work per week.
