Subfloor HEPA vac cleaning

ITEM 1A SHOULD ONLY BE SELECTED FOR DATA CENTERS THAT HAVE BEEN CLEANED IN THE LAST TWO YEARS 1a) Systematic lifting of accessible tiles in a manner so as not to affect the structural integrity of the grid system. Complete HEPA vacuuming decontamination of all accessible subfloor areas, including exposed stringers, pedestals, cabling and piping; includes removal of ferrous metals. Note: HEPA vacuums require clean room commercial grade rated at 99.8% efficiency at .3 u. ITEMS 1B AND 1C ARE FOR DATA CETNERS THAT HAVE NOT BEEN REGULARLY MAINAINED. 1b) Services described in 1a plus hand wiping of all stringers, pedestals, and sides of tiles. 1c) Services described in 1a & 1b plus mopping of subfloor concrete plenum.

Floor Surface cleaning

2a) Raised floor tile surface clean: HEPA vacuum and scrub mop the entire accessible floor surface using PARACLEAN clean room chemical 2b) Carpet clean: Spot clean and HEPA vacuum of all carpeted areas: 2c) Carpet deep cleaning: HEPA vacuum of entire floor surface, pretreating of stains and traffic areas. Application of a dry cleaning chemical designed for critical environments, using a bonnet machine, scrub carpet surface, let dry and HEPA vacuuming. 2d) VCT/ESD tile clean: (Non- Raised floor) Detailed scrub or mop of entire floor surface using PARACLEAN  2e) VCT tile strip and finish: (Non- Raised floor) In addition to #2d above, strip and finish of tiles areas using data center approve static dissipative finish

(Excluding any rack slots): 3b) Interior cabinet cleaning: Detailed HEPA vacuum cleaning of Interiors of cabinet doors, door frames, front intake and exhaust grills of equipment HEPA vacuuming or hand wiping with micro fiber cloths all equipment exteriors and accessible areas of the cabinet interiors. Note: HEPA vacuums require clean room commercial grade rated at 99.8% efficiency at .3 u. (Priced per cabinet; call for details) Other Optional Services 4) Subfloor sealant Encapsulation: Application of PARASEAL 100,000-psi clean-room approved moisture and dust barrier concrete sealant. Must be done in conjunction with a subfloor cleaning: 5) Digital Eight Point Environmental Report: Full 8 point Federal Standard 209E Digital Environmental Report including before and after particle samples, vapor barrier and ferrous metal tests, grid and seal inspection, and digital photos/documentation of all findings during subfloor cleaning. 6) Ceiling Interstitial cleaning: HEPA vacuum of all ductwork, cabling, lights, grids, etc. located in the ceiling interstitial are located above 9’. All work is to be completed in a professional manner to industry standards. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. All agreements contingent upon strikes, accidents or delays beyond our control. Owner to carry fire, tornado and other necessary insurance. PARAGON workers are fully covered by Worker’s Compensation Insurance. Note: This proposal is good for 90 days from date issued. This price does not reflect extra expenses due to local prevailing or union wages if required. Also, if any laminate tiles require the removal of wax during the cleaning process, Paragon will notify customer and an additional charge may be necessary. Customer Responsibility: To ensure a successful and timely implementation of this project, the Customer is responsible for the following: PARAGON access to appropriate data center/cleanroom areas as required to perform services; Reasonable access for the PARAGON personnel to the appropriate Customer Management for issue resolution. In the event project is postponed or terminated with less than 15 business days advance notice, the Customer will be responsible for payment in full of a 25% penalty.
