This letter is written in response to Contract Change requests related to the approved funding for 2015-2016 that were received from RPT #2 for the fourth cycle of this year’s changes.

The provincial committee met to consider requested changes on January 13, 2016. The purpose of this letter is to document the status of the requested changes and to ensure that all parties are aware of these changes. The attached report articulates the requests and the response of the SCWI team. Please note that the changes listed in the report have been incorporated in the updated 2015-2016 funding approvals reflected on the website https://www.gsa.gov.on.ca. Please ensure that the approved changes are recorded correctly on the website. In the event there is an error, please contact Alisha Bhanji ([email protected]).
