1. FOUNDATIONS Foundations: - mass concrete, as per engineer’s specifications

WALLS AND FINISHES 2.1 External walls built with face bricks 2.2 External sills: - face brick 2.3 Internal walls & sills to have smooth plaster finish & two coats’ white acrylic PVA 2.4 Brick force built into every fourth course, with additional courses above window & doorframes 2.5 External perimeter walls of complex: - 2,1m high semi face brick with 5 strand electric fencing. Existing walls to be plastered and painted. Southern boundary wall 2,1m pre-cast with face brick cladding or similar. 2.6 Internal walls of complex: - 1,6m high face brick wall.

3. ROOF 3.1 Roof to be constructed & pitched from rafters & covered with cement roof tiles 3.2 Drawn Chromadek guttering with down pipes
