Vacancy: Key Account Manager

Job Summary: Proactively support National Account Managers in promoting MotoNovo Finance products and services, with selected AM150 Motor Dealers, UK Supermarkets and Brokers by providing exceptional levels of service. Identifying and maximizing profitable sales opportunities with existing dealers, to meet the agreed regional targets.

1. Develop and maintain successful relationships at site level with selected Motor Dealers in the AM Top 150 and Brokers, by building positive relationships.

2. To provide proactive outbound sales calls promoting products and services to supporting National Accounts.

3. To be target driven and achieve Key Performance Indicators, namely the KPI performances of existing National Accounts and the overall Regions performance, as measured by the MCD review document.

4. To provide support for the National Account Managers, Dealer Groups and Brokers by collating/preparing reports and analysing key performance indicators in conjunction with agreed targets – proactively and promptly following up on any issues and action points, providing feedback and reports to management in a timely and comprehensive manner.

5. Respond to the dealers/brokers needs, queries/problems in an efficient professional manner at all times, whilst ensuring that National Accounts Managers are kept abreast of any developing situations.

6. Respond to poor performance of existing dealers/brokers, by reviewing, communicating and agreeing effective action plans at site level to improve conversion rates, dealer grading or underperformance in conjunction with the National Account Manager.

7. Research, prospect and arrange appointments with new dealer groups for National Account Managers. 8. To ensure that the pipeline business for the region is cleansed and chased daily – securing commitment or gaining full justification on deals that are not committed to

9. Attend joint visits with National Account Managers to AM150 dealers and UK Supermarkets and conduct sole quarterly Championship Broker visits.

10. Liaise closely with the New Business team to deliver exceptional service. 11. Set up supplying dealers in accordance with company procedures, ensuring that supporting evidence is provided and the dealer has been fully validated.

12. To resolve commission queries, provide statements, review debit backs, resolve MQ complaints and any collections issues directly with the dealership and with the support of the National Account Manager if needed.

13. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of regulatory and legislative information related to MotoNovo products and services (e.g. ICOB, FSA rules, Money Laundering, Data Protection, etc.) as advised by line management. Ensure all compliance related issues are reported appropriately.

The successful candidate should have: -  Good level of education to A level standard or equivalent;  Proven sales experience or relationship management background;  Deliver results under pressure, be target driven  Be Tenacious, Motivated and Enthusiastic  A High degree of professionalism  Excellent relationship and verbal communication skills  Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills  Be able to interpret and analyse data  Have excellent organisational and planning skills  Use own initiative  Demonstrate good attention to detail  Good economic awareness  Good Excel skills  Good IT skills in Microsoft Office
