(There is a $1.00 convenience fee for the first yearbook ordered.) There is no need to return this form if ordering online.

Yearbook Delivery: Please note: The SISD yearbook has a fall delivery date. The yearbook is produced over the course of each school year, is printed during the summer and is delivered in the fall. The 2014 – 2015 yearbook will be delivered in fall 2015. 2015 graduates may make arrangements to pick up their yearbooks at SHS.
